With the continued plunge of world oil prices and the recent Supreme court decision ordering the relocation of Pandacan Oil Depot, PCOR price nosedive from 11.72 to 10.72, almost a 9% decline in just a week time.
But the interesting fact that I notice is Net Foreign buyers are accumulating PCOR shares this week to the tune of 20.65M worth of shares instead of disposing them.
